Returns and Refunds
If something is wrong with your AimBox order, contact us and we will help make it right.
Return requests
Email customerservice@aimboxshop.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the product arrived damaged.
Condition
Returned products should be in reasonable condition with included parts unless the issue is damage or defect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times may vary.
Damaged or missing items
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and help with a replacement or refund.
